Atida joins the United Nations Global Compact - CEO Letter of Commitment
UNCG
Atida has joined the United Nations Global Compact – the world's largest corporate sustainability initiative for the development, implementation, and disclosure of responsible business practices.

Alongside 15,000 global companies, Atida joins a community commitment to the UN Global Compact’s ten universally accepted principles in the areas of human rights, labour, environment, and anti-corruption, and commits to taking action in support of UN goals and issues embodied in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

We look forward to sharing our progress annually with the UN Global Compact. In the meantime, please read our CEO’s Letter of Commitment:

--

Dear Mr Secretary-General,

I am pleased to confirm that the Atida Group supports the United Nations Global Compact on human rights, labour, environment, and anti-corruption as outlined in the Ten Principles.

With this letter, we express our intention and ongoing commitment to making these principles part of the Atida Group’s strategy, culture, and day-to-day operations.

As a pan-European platform dedicated to health and well-being, we want to contribute to a healthier society. We firmly believe that everyone has the right to feel happy, healthy, and self-confident. This is fundamental to life and should be accessible to all. However, we recognise that the health of society is closely entwined with the health of our planet. We, therefore, plan to engage in initiatives that support the Ten Principles, with a particular focus on the Sustainable Development Goals.

We acknowledge that a key requirement for participation in the UN Global Compact is the annual Communication on Progress (COP) report and online questionnaire. This will outline our efforts towards the Ten Principles and our progress against the Sustainable Development Goals. Our commitment is to report on this progress within one year of joining the UN Global Compact, and annually thereafter. Our COP will include:

  • A statement signed by myself outlining our continued commitment to the UN Global Compact and its principles

  • Completion of the online questionnaire of the Communication of Progress where we will disclose the Atida Group’s continuous efforts to integrate the Ten Principles and the UN Sustainable Development Goals into our business, operations, and culture

  • A measure of the outcomes.

Yours Sincerely,

Julie Szudarek

CEO of Atida Group (AHS Services B.V.)
