Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes the applicable proceedings and terms to the processing of personal data by Atida and affiliated companies, who also trade under the name and brand Atida (together “Atida”, “we”, "us" or "our").

This Privacy Policy governs the collecting and processing of your personal data (A) when you visit or use our website: www. about.atida.com (“Website”) owned and operated by Tech Pharm B.V., (B) which cookies we collect, (C) informs the applicant (“you”) who applies for a job by an Atida company, (D) the appropriate data protection and security measures we have taken into account to protect your personal data, (E) how you can exercise your rights regarding personal data, and (F) other information and contact details, all in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (“GDPR”) and other related applicable laws.

Website visitors

How and why we collect your personal data

We solely collect and process your personal data when you provide these to us, when you decide to fill in the web based contact form to get in contact with us in order to receive information about Atida, and to make available content and information available on our website for the purpose of normal business operations of Atida.

We may process personal data when you complete the web-based contact form on our website or send an email to us. We may retain those communications in order to process the questions, respond to requests and complaints.

Categories of Personal Data processed

We may collect, store, use and process, automatically or not, your first name, surname and e-mail address when you visit our website. Any other personal data you will provide us will be deleted. We will not use the website to collect special personal data such as information regarding your political view, race, religious beliefs, health, criminal-law data or other matters.

Who we share your Personal Data with

We work with trusted third parties to run our website including without limitation to third party service providers. However, we do not share or sell otherwise any personal data with any third parties outside Atida. We may share or transfer your personal data to our affiliate companies, solely for the purposes as set out in this Privacy Policy.

Retention period

We will keep your personal data no longer than is required for the purposes for which they have been obtained, unless there is a mandatory legal obligation to keep the personal data for a longer period.

ePrivacy and Cookies

When visiting the website we set essential/required first party cookies, such as language settings, device information, IP-address and other information. We use this information so that we can remember your choices in order to optimise the website for your user experience and to recognize the device or browser for the next time when you visit our website from the same device or browser.

We will work with third party companies to help us to analyse how our website is used, to optimise the website to deliver the best user experience. No personal data is used for this, because we only use aggregated, anonymous data. Currently, we use Google Analytics to collect website statistics and to monitor website traffic, performance and your use and behaviour of the website. And we do use third party pixels and social media tracking cookies as social media links are integrated to our website, so that you may want to follow Atida on our social media platform, or follow the social stream or share content from the website.

How we collect your Personal Data

The applicant Personal Data is collected and processed by Atida during the recruitment process by Atida and include without limitation Personal Data that you have provided to us:

-When you apply for your job vacancy directly or via LinkedIn;

-When you communicate with us about your application;

-When information is provided by referrals;

-When information is publicly available via social media platforms or online sources.

Categories of Personal Data processed

We may collect, store, use and process, automatically or not, the following Personal Data about you during your application at Atida, including without limitation the following:

-Contact details: title, surname, first name(s), address(es), fixed and/or mobile telephone number, e-mail address(es), date of birth;

-Recruitment data: data provided via CV/resume, application forms, letters, qualifications, certification, training, experience, employers history;

-Any other information and personal data you provide to us on a voluntary basis.

Why we collect your Personal Data and how we use it

We may collect, store, use and process, automatically or not, during the recruitment process of your job application about you in a number of ways, as set out below, and we will only use your Personal Data where we have a legal basis to do carry out the employment agreement, a legitimate interest or were we have a legal obligation to do so, includes without limitation the following:

-to determine your qualifications for employment and to reach a hiring decision, Including assessing your skills, qualifications and background for a particular role, verifying your information, carrying out reference checks or background checks (where applicable), in order to assess your suitability and eligibility for the job ;

-to generally manage the hiring process and communicate with you about it;

-We will also capture additional Personal Data during in-person and/or remote interviews to assess your suitability for the job.

Who we share your Personal Data with

We work with trusted third parties to run our recruitment process including without limitation to third party service providers which process certain Personal Data.

We will also share your Personal Data with any of the Atida group companies and/or subsidiaries (“Recipients”) on a need to know basis for administrative purposes as necessary in accordance with the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Access to Personal Data is strictly limited to the Recipient's employees, who are authorised to process it by their duties, and to the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, the Chief Human Resource Officer and the Data Protection Officers of the group, as necessary.

Retention period

We will keep your Personal Data for the duration of the recruitment process and will delete it after the mandatory retention period if we don’t proceed with you. We may retain your Personal Data with your consent for a longer period in order to reach out to you in case we have another suitable position for you.

If we agree to proceed and you accept a role at Atida, the Personal Data collected during the recruitment process will be part of your personnel file, and will be kept and processed in accordance with our employment privacy statement.

Protection of Personal Data

How we protect your personal data

We collect and process your personal data in a proper, careful and safe manner by using the GDPR principles of privacy and security and have therefore implemented appropriate organisational and technical security measures to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure, alteration, destruction or other unlawful processing. All personal data processed hereunder are stored within the European Union. We have implemented all the necessary measures to secure our IT devices.

Only authorised Atida employees will have access to your personal data insofar this is necessary for performing their duties to contact you, supporting the website and during the recruitment process. These employees are bound to a confidentiality clause and only have access to the personal data on a need to know basis.

Data Subject Rights

Your data protection rights and how to exercise them

Pursuant to the GDPR, you have several rights with regard to your personal data to safeguard your privacy. You have the right of inspection, the right to improve/supplement, the right to delete, the right to limit the processing, the right to portability, the right to object to processing.

The request to exercise one or more of the above rights shall be made in writing to Atida, to be contacted at dpo@atida.com. If we receive a request we will, depending on the nature of the request, assess the interests involved and whether we can and may comply with your request. We will send you an appropriate response within a timely manner, at least within one month.

If you do not receive a response to your request in a timely manner or if your request is denied, you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority or institute court proceedings. You are welcome to contact us before contacting the supervisory authority or institute court proceedings.

Miscellaneous

Changes

We reserve the right to revise and make amendments to this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect any changes to our use of your Personal Data or to comply with changes in applicable law or regulatory requirements, without further notice. We may notify you via prominent notification on our website about any major changes that would have an impact on your privacy. However, we advise you to regularly check whether this Privacy Policy has been changed.

Applicable law
